Standard catalogue samples are available free of charge for established products.
Buyer pays courier charges (DHL/FedEx). We can ship on your courier account number.
Lead time for standard samples: 5-7 business days from confirmation.
Maximum 3 different product samples per request without prior order history.
Sample cost is fully deductible from your first bulk order above USD 3,000.
Custom samples (specific size, print, handle, coating) require a sample development fee.
Sample development fee: USD 50-150 depending on complexity of customisation.
Lead time for custom samples: 10-15 business days from artwork approval.
Buyer pays courier charges in addition to the development fee.
Development fee is fully refunded against first bulk order above USD 5,000.

We'll send a pro-forma invoice for the sample covering product cost (if any), packaging, and courier charges.
Confirm the pro-forma and make payment. For standard samples, just share your courier account number.
We produce your sample through our standard QC process — the same steps used for bulk orders.
Sample ships within the committed lead time via DHL, FedEx, or your preferred courier.
Share your feedback. Once approved, we'll apply sample fees to your bulk order invoice.
