Our standard MOQ is 2,000 bags for sacking and hessian bags, and 500 bags for tote bags and custom orders. For fabric by the roll, the minimum is 100m (approx. 2 rolls). For yarn and rope, minimum is 500 kg. We can discuss smaller sample orders — please contact us.

We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer) and LC (Letter of Credit) at sight or 30/60/90 days. For new buyers, our standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment (TT). Established buyers may qualify for LC at sight. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards.

Standard lead time is 30–45 days after PI confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom printing, dyeing, or special specifications may add 5–10 days. Rush orders of 15–20 days are available for plain products subject to capacity — please ask.

We offer FOB (Chittagong or Mongla), CIF (Cost Insurance Freight to your nearest port), and EXW (Ex Works our factory). FOB Chittagong is our most common Incoterm. We can also arrange CFR if you prefer.

Yes. We send free physical samples (excluding shipping cost) for standard products. Custom samples with your specifications may incur a small sample fee which is refundable on your first order. Sample lead time is 5–10 business days.

Yes. Our food-grade sacking bags (coffee, cocoa, rice, grain bags) are treated with VOT (Vegetable Oil Treatment) which is an internationally recognized food-safe treatment for jute. We provide a certificate of treatment with each shipment. Our bags comply with international food safety standards.

JuteExpo holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. We are registered with the Bangladesh Jute Goods Association (BJGA), Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), National Board of Revenue (NBR), and JDPC. We can provide test reports, certificates of origin, and other compliance documents as required.

Absolutely. We offer up to 6-color AZO-free flexo printing on all jute products. Please send us your artwork in AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF format. We'll send a print proof for approval before production. Screen printing is also available for some products.

We primarily ship from Chittagong (CTG), Bangladesh's main port. We also ship from Mongla Port, which is closer to our Khulna factory and useful for certain routes. Both ports have regular sailings to major ports worldwide.

Yes. We offer full private label and OEM manufacturing for importers and retailers. Your brand name, logo, labels, and specifications — all manufactured to your requirements. We sign NDAs if required and do not sell our own brand in your territory.

Yes. We provide all standard export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (Bangladesh GSP Form A), Phytosanitary Certificate (where required), and Test Reports. We also assist with any specific documentation required by your country's customs authority.

GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter — it measures the weight/thickness of the jute fabric. Lower GSM (e.g., 150–200) is used for light decorative or retail bags. Medium GSM (220–300) is standard for shopping bags and light sacking. High GSM (300–450+) is used for heavy industrial sacking and geotextile. We'll recommend the right GSM for your application.
